Talking Book Topics Jan-Feb 2014

On Feb 24th the National Library Services for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (NLS) announced that the large print issue of Talking Book Topics (TBT) January-February 2014 was delayed by inclement weather. Subscribers should receive their issues by February 27th. This delay does not affect the audio or online versions of the issue, which are already available.
