Recently, BARD members are reporting that they can’t log-in. They are not getting the save/open box when using the download link for screen readers users only and password reset emails aren’t going through. Members have reported experiencing no Open/Save screens using Firefox, IE and Safari with a screen reader.
BARD members who experience these problems with using BARD are encouraged to send an email to nlsdownload@loc.gov. Please copy to tbplus@olis.ri.gov or notify Talking Books Plus at 401-574-9310 so we are made aware of the issue as well.
