Talking Books Topics on Digital Cartridge

The National Library Service mailing for Talking Books Topics on Digital Cartridge is changing. The mailing container has the return address printed on a label affixed to the container, so there is no need to insert or flip a mailing card when you return the cartridge. Simply return the cartridge in the mailing container. The order form is mailed separately to you, with a pre-addressed mailing label to your regional library address. Just send it back to your regional library, and they will complete your order.
