The Blind Using a Computer
By Alicia Waters | June 2, 2011
Dennis Hong has created a car that blind people can drive. Some say he gave them hope. Decades ago, the Blind couldn’t download digital books from a computer. If you are Blind and haven’t already signed up for BARD, the Braille Audio Reading Download service from Talking Books Plus, vist the BARD website to find out how.
