Banned Books Week Titles

According to the Banned Books Week website, libraries and bookstores around the country drew attention to the problem of censorship the week of Sept. 24 to October 1st. Banned Books Week is a national celebration of the freedom to read. More than 11,000 books have been challenged since 1982. According to the American Library Association, 348 challenges were reported to the Office of Intellectual Freedom in 2010. Of the 10 most challenged titles of 2010, the following are available from Talking Books Plus.
