BARD Mobile App Coming

Listen to the 26-minute Blind Access Journal podcast held at the CSUN Conference where Allison Hilliker and Darrell Shandrow speak with Judy Dixon, Consumer Relations Officer with the National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped, about the upcoming release of an app from NLS for reading Braille and digital talking books on the iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch.
In Rhode Island, only individuals and institutions with Talking Books Plus membership are eligible for BARD service. To sign up, visit the BARD site for instructions and an online application.

Is there a date set for releasing? I am very excited to using and accessing books using this App!!
