RhodeMap RI Forums

By Alicia Waters | July 31, 2013

Rhode Map RI (formerly known as Sustainable Communities) is hosting (4) regional public forums to solicit input from Rhode Islanders about Rhode Island’s future. The effort is in support of a HUD grant received by the RI Statewide Planning Department to solicit outreach from a wide and inclusive number of Rhode Island residents to facilitate input, thoughts and ideas about statewide plans that will be developed regarding economic development, growth centers, transportation, water, urban sprawl, workforce development and a host of other topics. The planning process requires feedback and input from as many Rhode Islanders as possible.

If you are interested and want to understand more about Rhode Map RI and have a voice in the process, Rhode Map RI is hosting (4) regional forums to bring this discussion to as many people as possible. The Rhode Map RI website provides dates,  times and locations for each forum. Please consider attending one of these meetings and please share this information with others. There is no registration necessary.
