Resetting User Profile on Digital Player

If a Talking Books Plus member has a problem with their digital player, one of the diagnostics to apply is resetting the member user profile on the player. In other words, this process is how you create a new user profile. It is like rebooting your computer. Note that all bookmarks get erased in the process. Here are the instructions:
Player Off, Cartridge Out
Hold all up control buttons and press the power button until it beeps,
then let go.
