Langevin featured ADA speaker

In News July-September 2015 , a publication of the Library of Congress National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped, it was reported that U.S. Rep. James R. Langevin, a Rhode Island Democrat, was the featured speaker at the25th anniversary event of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). James is the first quadriplegic ever to serve in Congress. At the event Langevin said “As we celebrate the silver anniversary of the ADA together, we must reaffirm our commitment to equal opportunity, full participation, independent living and economic self-sufficiency for people with disabilities everywhere.”
