BARD Accounts Suspended After 1 Year with No Activity

The National Library Service, NLS has stated that “any patron account that has not been used in one year or more will be moved to an Inactive/Suspended status.” This is in effect as of March 15, 2018.
If your account is suspended and you would like to begin downloading books again, and you are an active member of the TBL program, your BARD account can be reactivated quickly and easily by emailing the Talking Books Library at talking.books@olis.ri.gov or by call (401)574-9310.
