National Library Services Promotion for Talking Books
By Alicia Waters | November 29, 2018
The Library of Congress National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (NLS) launched a major outreach campaign this year to educate the public about the free services it provides to U.S. residents with visual impairments and other disabilities. Through the RI Talking Books Library (TBL), qualified RI residents can apply to the program by filling out an Application. Spread the word “That All May Read!”
