The Carroll Center for the Blind at 770 Centre Street in Newton Massachusetts offers services to all New England residents. The Carroll Center serves individuals of ALL ages and ALL stages of vision loss. They offer social rehabilitation programs in assistive technology instruction, need training on computers, tablets, smartphones or daily living devices like the Victor Reader Stream, PenFriend and other digital technologies.
