Deleting BARD files with a Mac

Problem: When downloading, the computer says the digital cartridge is full. The cartridge when inserted into the player doesn’t play any books.
Cause: One common problem on a Mac when deleting files from a cartridge or flash drive, the files are not deleted. They are moved to trash.
Solution: To delete the files completely, attach the drive to the computer and empty the trash. This empties the trash on the computer as well.
