Scan or Fax TBP Applications

Want to recommend talking books to eligible individuals? Now, Talking Books Plus (TBP) applications may be scanned or faxed. The applications do not need to be sent through the US Postal Service. Signed, completed applications may be sent scanned to tbplus@olis.ri.gov or faxed to 401-574-9320. Please be sure to align the application properly on the machine of choice before sending. Only whole and properly filled out applications will be accepted.
