Slow Mail Delivery

Talking Books Plus is aware that members are experiencing slow delivery or nondelivery of talking books. National Library Services for the Blind and Physically Handicapped has stated that this is a national problem. Please be patient as we work on the issue. In the meantime, what we recommend for our Talking Books Plus members is that they use BARD (Braille Audio Reading Download) service as much as possible to get the books they want. Go to BARD for instructions to sign up. Call us at 401-574-9310 if you need assistance or suggestions on how to gain access to downloadable books. You don’t need to own a computer. You just need someone who will help you.
