Talking Book Topics Nov Dec issue

The National Library Services for the Blind and Physically Handicapped announced that the delivery of the large print issue of Talking Book Topics (TBT) November-December 2013 was delayed by the Government Printing Office. The magazine is expected to complete delivery the week of December 16, 2013. This delay does not affect the audio or online versions of TBT.
