Defective Book? Lost the Container?
By Alicia Waters | October 3, 2018
If you find that you have a defective digital book cartridge, you can request a replacement of that book/title by calling (401)574-9310 or by emailing talking.books@olis.ri.gov. Place the defective cartridge back in its container with a note and mail it back to Perkins. Book containers are always opened and checked when they arrive back at Perkins.
If you have lost a container and have a cartridge to send back, you may place it in an envelope and mail it back to the address below, or place it inside a container with another book with a note, letting the Perkins staff know that one of the cartridges belongs to another book.
